The first 1-10 days is the cleanse phase. In this phase, you rid your body of toxins. You may lose some weight during this phase. This isn't a liquid diet. You can eat during this phase but for best results, try to eat as clean as possible.
During this phase you take the herbal cleanse which detoxes your body, OmegaPlex which are your fatty acids, and Spark which is an energy drink.
The next 11-24 days is the Max Phase. This is when weight loss will occur. Most people lose between 7-10 pounds.
